Ok, so this isn't Episode IV of Star Wars, but today dawned clear with a feeling of new hope.
We have, for the first time EVAH, as a country, elected a non-white man to the office of President. More than just race however, we've elected a man with vision and determination. A man who can help heal our country.
I have an appointment with the nutritionist this Thursday. First meeting is an hour and half- wow!
M wants to take me camping with his friends this weekend.

I don't know if they suggested this - but I had my daughter write down several days food - and take that listing with her as a starting place when meeting with the nutritionist.
